Marzipan sheeps, one of the most representative and beautiful sweets of Sicily.

Our marzipan, or royal paste, is made from almond paste (50% Sicilian almonds) finely mixed with sugar according to the traditional and ancient hot process.

The sheep are adorned with meringue and a chocolate.
